Next how about Chicken Madeira, Weight management Grilled Chicken, Chicken Marsala, Chicken Piccata, Grilled Salmon, Mahi Mahi or a steak.  Remember to hold the starches like rice, pasta, potatoes and noodles.  Salads aren’t a real good choice here because most of them contain corn, beans, noodles or wontons.
